Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trucker Flowmarketing website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. This document is provided as general information and is not legal advice.
Use of the site
These Terms apply to the public marketing website only. They are not the agreement that governs use of the Trucker Flow product. Access to and use of the product is provided under a separate, signed customer agreement, and in the event of any conflict between these Terms and that agreement with respect to the product, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or a binding commitment to provide the product on any particular terms.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Trucker Flow name and marks, page design, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
- Introduce malware, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse the Site or its forms

No warranty / “as is”
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product descriptions on the Site are for general information; the features available to you are those set out in your signed customer agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Trucker Flow or its affiliates, officers, employees, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
