Trucker Flow is built on a real data platform and live maps and document tooling today. Other connectors are on the roadmap, and we label them as exactly that.
Trucker Flow sits at the center of your operation. The connectors below are color-coded for honesty — solid cyan is live in production, amber is billing in manual mode, and dashed slate is on the roadmap.

These run in production and power every department — mapping and routing, data, documents, and billing.
TomTom for geocoding and routing, with OSRM and Nominatim as automatic fallbacks so the map keeps working.
Server-side keys, with a route cache to cut repeat lookups.
Supabase Postgres backs every department, with Row-Level-Security tenant isolation on every table.
Per-company scoping enforced in the database, not just the app.
A document vault holds rate cons, BOLs, PODs, and settlement paperwork against the right load and company.
Billing-packet readiness is tracked per invoice.
Generate rate confirmations, BOL/POD packets, and settlement statements as clean PDFs directly from your data.
Built on a pdf-lib engine — no manual document assembly.
The platform's subscription billing is PSP-agnostic and ships with a Square integration. Until payment-processor keys are configured it runs in manual mode — there is no live card checkout yet. Plans, comped accounts, and custom amounts are all handled; turning on automated charging is a configuration step, not new code.
Live online checkout is on the roadmap and clearly not available today.
On the roadmap and not available yet. We list them so you can plan — we won't pretend they ship today.
Pull HOS, location, and unit telemetry from ELD providers to enrich dispatch and compliance.
Export invoices, payments, and settlements to general-ledger tools such as QuickBooks.
Connect to external load boards to source freight and import tenders into the dispatch board.
Sync fuel-card transactions for settlement deductions and per-driver cost tracking.
Send documents and driver paperwork for legally binding electronic signature.
A public API and outbound webhooks so you can wire Trucker Flow into your own systems.
Roadmap items are directional and not commitments to dates. Need one of these soon? Tell us during your demo so we can prioritize.
