Maps & routing
TomTom for geocoding and routing, with OSRM and Nominatim as automatic fallbacks so the map keeps working.
Server-side keys, with a route cache to cut repeat lookups.
Data platform
Supabase Postgres backs every department, with Row-Level-Security tenant isolation on every table.
Per-company scoping enforced in the database, not just the app.
Document storage
A document vault holds rate cons, BOLs, PODs, and settlement paperwork against the right load and company.
Billing-packet readiness is tracked per invoice.
PDF generation
Generate rate confirmations, BOL/POD packets, and settlement statements as clean PDFs directly from your data.
Built on a pdf-lib engine — no manual document assembly.
Billing & payments (PSP-agnostic)
The platform's subscription billing is PSP-agnostic and ships with a Square integration. Until payment-processor keys are configured it runs in manual mode — there is no live card checkout yet. Plans, comped accounts, and custom amounts are all handled; turning on automated charging is a configuration step, not new code.
Live online checkout is on the roadmap and clearly not available today.
